Although it looks like they're always trying out a different mood, the beauty looks of sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid are mostly casual and natural. This is common for models who need to turn it on at the runway or at events, but need to keep it simple in real life. That's why Bella Hadid's dirty blonde hair was so surprising. The model rocked a dark brown color for a while, either short or long, with or without a pony. But blond is actually her natural color, as she revealed on Instagram.

"Back to Dirty Blonde, back to my roots! Per @ mertalas wishes, "she wrote. She tagged Mert Alas, who you may think is her hairdresser, but in reality a photographer and part of the legendary duo Mert and Marcus. He seems to be the one who encouraged Hadid to paint the brown. Although we love her darker hair, the way her blue eyes bump into light hair has something eye-catching. And her freckles stand out even more than proof of her nude selfie. Hadid's entire atmosphere is sunny and bright, also because it is "lit with Turkish sunshine". The two are currently together in the Cappadocia region.

All you have to do is take a quick look at Hadid's Instagram to see her natural blond hair. She released a charming fall-back photo for her father's birthday in November. Apart from her trendy bob, Hadid's hair is very similar to her childhood look.

I wonder if we would all look great with the hair we had as kids. Personally, I was blond most of my adult life – almost white for a decade – and a few months ago, for the first time since middle school, I tried to be a brunette. I recently found a third-grade photo of myself and my hair is now exactly the same – except for the long bob and midsection. Part of it is the resurgence of the '90s and the other part is finding what makes you look and feel the most, be it rainbow hair or a much more natural childhood hue.
